Now that Valter Rizzo isn't their coach anymore, also the chicken that he
usually threw on the ice for Federica & Massimo is gone. So they need a
new mascotte, and my friends and I have decided to find for them one :)
Everything started as a joke, on a Monday morning in Dortmund, while
walking in the streets and shopping before catching the train to go back
home. But then the project became reality, and each of us gave a little
contribution to the mascotte.
It's a bunny, fucsia as one of the banner we made for Fede & Massi last
year (and this way it will be also very visible :p), and small patches
have been attached to its t-shirt and trousers. Each patch has a
drawing, embroidery or simply a message for Federica & Massimo.

trousers were going to be divided. |

This is my
patch, embroidered with small glitters (??). Which gave lots of work to
Paola, because before sewing it to the t-shirt she had to double
fix all the glitters again, to make sure they won't detach when
falling to the ice :p Sorry! |

And now its time
to debut! This is at the first icedance national competition, on
3rd October. It was Massimo who picked it up from the ice, and he
and Federica immediately posed with it for a pic :) |

First present

A new chapter in the mascotte's
life: its "baptism"!! Fede e Massi promised they would have
chosen a name for the mascotte and revealed it in the K&C at TEB. |

Toponiglio = topo + coniglio
That is, mouse + rabbit, as the puppet should be a rabbit, but we
used to call it "topo" :p |
